WOD L1:  Teams of three:

One person holds a 35/25 lb plate overhead

The other two try and complete:

  • 1000M Row
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 100 Push Press (75/55)

Every time the plate gets put down or trades hands = 10 Push Ups for all

WOD L2:  Teams of three:

One person holds a 45/35 lb plate overhead

The other two try and complete:

  • 1000M Row
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 100 Push Press (95/65)

Every time the plate gets put down or trades hands = 10 Push Ups for all

  • At all times:
    • One person works
    • One person rests
    • One person holds a plate overhead
  • You have to go through the exercises as they are listed
  • If you have L1 and L2 members in your group (or men and women) get two bars
